been making this for years
it is the must easy sweet and sour dish ever
500 grams of chicken cubes
tin of pineapple cube drained
1 onion cut the same size as chicken
1 small carrot coarsely grated
finely sliced red green peppers (i used 1/4 of each)
1 large bottle of tomato sauce
2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
cook chicken till just done then remove from pan
cook onion carrot peppers till soft but still a bit firm
add chicken back to pan
add pineapple to pan cook for about 3 mins
add tomato sauce and soy sauce
cook for 2 mins
then serve on top of rice
