Too much salt in recipe!!

I've made a casserole type thing with chicken and chorizo but it is I very salty can anyone suggest how I could make it less salty?, they say potato"s a good for this do you have another suggestion?

It's almost impossible to remove salt from a dish... Increasing the other ingredients to balance the salt is about the only way I've been successful doing this.

Other than the potato trick, the only other way I know is to make up more sauce (without salt) and add that to dilute the salt.

The other way you could try is adding some cream or creme fraiche.

Sugar works ... but again it depends on how salty we are talking about
