600 gms of mashed potatoes with knob of butter
300 gms of fresh Tuna poached for 5mins leave to cool
25 grms of franco's Italian mix
Two full tea spoons of grated hard italian cheese
Salt & pepper to your taste
One small egg beaten.
Method
1 Mash Potatoes with butter in bowl.
2 Add tuna flakes & mix in franco's Italian herb mix
3 Add two full tea spoons of hard Italian grated cheese
4 Add Salt & Pepper to your taste
5 Add one small beaten egg to bind mix together.
6 Mix well & cover then leave in fridge over night to infuse.
Next day make into patties or use a burger press .I made five 1/4 Pounders out of this mix With my burger press
They are very good to cook on the B/Q
