Hello There
I have made up a sample pork pie for a freezing trail I have cooked the pie and have double wrapped it in cling film then wrapped a layer of tin foil I will leave for it for two months in the freezer then after it has thawed out I will post my comments on how it kept its texture and taste

Ken

You should find there will be no deterioration in the pie after 2 months. The pastry, meat and jelly comes out the same as it went in. I just put mine in a plastic bag, suck as much air out as possible.. then twist and seal.
