Gode Cookery

A lot of recipes, history, pictures and translations. The web site itself is kind of haphazardly assembled, but the content is awe striking.

Prepare to spend too much time there.

If this is a subject of interest, I have a small book out on 14th c. Catalan cookery, and a couple of larger volumes in development. I'd be happy to point you to more resources on medieval western European cuisines.
