Double Chocolate Cheesecake

150g bar milk chocolate
150g bar plain chocolate
1 tub cream cheese
2 pots of double cream
1/2 pack ginger biscuits

1/ crush the biscuits and stir in to a melted knob of butter and then press in to 4 large ramekin dishes.

2/ break the plain chocolate in to small pieces and melt in microwave

3/ Whisk 1 pot of cream until stiff

4/ add melted chocolate and half of cream cheese and whisk until chocolate and cheese is mixed in.

5/ spoon mixture in to ramekin dishes

6/ repeat steps 2 to 5 for milk chocolate

7/ chill and enjoy

No!!!!! this is so wrong...
