Got some back fat with the skin on made some crackling.Cooked them on low temp. till they were dry then lifted the heat a bit and they fizzed up like popcorn,

Looks good, that's how I make mine. Slow at first and then pop 'em at the end. I do them in the oven though. How did you do yours?

Cast iron pot on a gas plate.Thanks for the edit eventually gave up. :)
