Hi there,
I believe Zulu spread the word about the addictive peanut brittle, must admit I was a real sceptic till the first bite. My son's girlfriend even took a packet of brittle to bed. So well done you have a winner here.

I'm tickled that you enjoyed "Wilma's Brittle". It is an old English recipe that I got from my Grandmother (from Manchester) when I was only about 6 years old. Enjoy it in good health!
