fish/etc.

Just bought from Asda, 1kg pollack fillets, no bones, no skin, frozen, for £2.00, why not simmer in milk with a bay leaf till cooked, flake flesh and pulse in food processor with your choice of herbs, seasoning, chill, breadcrumb, freeze or fry, oven bake, your own made fish fingers/ cakes etc for £2.00 kilo, sounds like a bargain to me.
Of course you could just batter and deep fry the fillets and enjoy great fish and chips maybe with mushy peas, you cannot buy fish trimmings for cats at this price.
Let your imagine go, for £2.00 a kilo for prime pollack fillets you CAN afford too, please add your recipe ideas.
Regards Gazza.

Yes, why not...

...or smoke them, apparently (according to my dad) they're very good smoked.
