Thai Burgers / Bites

Hi Guys,

I have been lurking around here for a good 18-24 months now and not really put anything back into the community, so I've decided that its time for a change!! Most of my recipes that I will put on here will be general cookery bits - as sausage making I'm still trusting the things you guys put on here.

This is an adoptation from a Slimming World recipe - but i've found its very tasty in its own right (and for those on Slimming World its free on a red day).

1lb lean beef mince
2 medium onions - chopped finely, fried and cooled (saves on the onion repeating all night)
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 inch ginger grated
1 chilli (up to you how spicy you like it - I used two dried) chopped finely / ground
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce

Simply mix it all up and make it into burgers. I've also made it up into marble sized balls, fried them off and put them into soup as well and they are lovely.
