Fab looking curry that.
Good job.
A tip on the methi is to add it when you add the sauce or seconds before it as it can catch and become slightly bitter if cooked to much.




Bad news on the shooting though... :cry:

Luckily, I didn't see it. I heard two loud shots, and the minute after, the place was crowded with Policemen. Heard about it on the news. The guy was 16 years old and shot in the leg and shoulder. He survived but is in intensive care. The Police is still here, looking in lamplight for the bullets. Uncomfortable when such things happen so close to your home... :?
