They should have called this thing the wing-o-lator as its one of the best way to make wings that I have found. Made 60 for the family and a few guests.

Spinning away on the weber with some apple chips

Sauced

No sauce

Now to lay around and watch some golf.

I like my wings pretty simple. Season with EVOO, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and paprika. Sauce was franks redhot sauce mixed with butter. Half and half of each.
