Cooked up some Italians stuffed with mozzarella and smoked Dubliner with some taters and pizza sauce.

Pulled the sausage at 135 IT

Wrapped with prosciutto and stuffed with mozzarella and smoked Dubliner

Back on the weber

Nice and crispy

Eats

Wife wanted some pineapples and ice cream after dinner

You could go for the Desperate Dan pie, if I remember rightly it is all of 4 ½ lbs of weeks nosh up :lol:
