That what I thought. You got me curious now. How different are the marinades? Which one do you prefer?

I'll be eating a lot of steak tacos testing this out...

I just used a rub last time I made fajitas.... next time I will marinade as well!

I'm not done experimenting by any means, but I love to add hot hot heat into the marinade, because it comes out with a build up after grilling. It makes you say, "oh, yum. That was surprising."

Let's start a new thread on steak taco marinades and go from there. I will post my week night hanger steak recipe. I am a fan of all Argentinian grilling and they have some awesome chimichurri sauce that works great with fajitas. I believe the recipe you use is based on a chimichurri verde.
