Nice one Oddley

I have downloaded it and will no doubt use a fair few of the recipes. I feel I definitely need to buy another wok. Looks like a trip to See Woo's is on the cards... they have everything there. Even frozen snake.

Regards, Paul Kribs

Suppose I'm lucky China town is only down the road from me. Not seen any snake but have seen Dragon.

Dragon???

Blimey!!

Mind you they take some fresh spring greens, shred then fry them and call them "Crispy Seaweed"!!

Can anyone guess what "dragon" really is?

Not you though Oddley, I have a sneaky suspicion you might already know :)

See Woo's is in Horn Lane, Charlton.. adjacent to the Blackwall Tunnel approach road. They also have a supermarket in London.

They have large glass tanks and sell live lobsters, crabs, eels, small turbot, mirror carp and sometimes grass carp. My brother once bought a couple of mirror carp for his pond but had to try to explain to the guy why he wanted them. The guy just kept smiling and carried on looking for his cleaver.. Somebody overheard and the carp got a last minute reprieve.
