A little seafood flare

We wanted some bright and light and spicy grill this weekend, so seafood and grilled vegetables it is. The menu is grilled lobster tail and shrimp with a lemon and chile pepper butter, and a grilled corn and roasted bell pepper salad.

Just the right heat and flavor with no heavy.

Grill prep the veggies


Grill up the lobster tail and shrimp, basted with the chile pepper butter

Summer grilling is so good

Looks like a good feed, I wish I could join you :lol:
Bloody freezing cold here in Adelaide, my outdoor thermometer showed only 2.3c at 5:30am this morning colder out the fridge than in.
