i tried to search on this topic but didn't find exact answer
my question is:
how long it takes for the nitrate to break out into nitrite ? does it depend on the quantity ? and does it break down because of the sodium ascorbic ?
i have no knowledge about this so sorry of this has been answered somewhere ..
