Hi Im new to the forum and sausage making.
As a mum im quite concerned about exactly what my family are eating so when I saw a mincer advertised in out local co op I thought why not!!
I ordered casings, rusk and some seasoning packs off this site and was quite excited to start!
Everything arrived yesterday and last night I made my first batch of traditional pork sausages by following the recipe on the packet of seasoning.
This morning we had them for breakfast and every single plate was cleared (and my kids can be pretty fussy!!). They were delicious!
Now ive spent all morning reading this forum and id made so many mistakes (the pork had been on the side nearly an hour before being used ) and im sure I made many more so I think it was just pure luck they came out so well (well by standards lol)
