Stuffing cloth casings

Postby mutts » Sat Mar 02, 2013 2:58 pm

I am about to take my first run at some all beef summer sausage (Big Guy's recipe).
I have never stuffed a cloth bag before.
Any wisdom which can be shared would be appreciated.

Pretty much the same stuffing technique as with other large casings.
Did you make the cloth bags?

Can I ask, is that muslin or cheesecloth you refer to?
