I can't find any sausage casing in my country as yet after searching for a month, now i'm thinking of making my own hog casings. Can any one here teach me how to do it? Fresh hog intestines are easily available here.

http://www.insca.org/faq/index.htmI'm sure if you look hard enough, you'll find natural casings. They process a fair amount of them in China which is not too far away.
