Hi, Juliet. Welcome to sausagemaking.org. Check with butcher shops or butcher supply companies in the area. If you can't find it locally, you can order cure #1 (salt and nitrite) or cure #2 (salt, sodium nitrite and soidum nitrate) through The Sausage Maker. They ship internationally via UPS.
