I made summer sausage from a kit from hi country. everything is going great almost ready to come out of the smoker and I remembered I was suppose to let it cure for 8 hours in the fridge what should I do?

send it all to me for disposal. LOL
It should be good to go. I like to let my sausage rest in the fridge overnight to set the links and meld the spices. I don't believe that the cure works very much at fridge temps but really gets going once in the smoker and the temp is raised.
