So i ordered a hank from the sausage maker and they arrived today.. I was very happy till I opened the box and realized that the bucket they were in was open are the casings still good or should i call the company and get new ones delivered??

If they are still heavily covered in salt I would not worry too much about them.

What exactly did you order? Were they in a closed plastic bag inside the bucket? They should have been.

Yes they were in a bag inside of a bucket

They are normally in a bag inside the bucket and the bucket is not sealed. If they were otherwise normally packed, then they should be fine.
