Salami making courses

Hi I'm new to the forum and salami making.
Just for background info, I have made air dried ham, bacon and pancetta to date with reasonable success but I have not made any salami's or sausage's to date and would like to learn properly. Does anyone know of any good two day courses ? I have no interest in carrying out any diplomas or quals. I just want some good guidance before I start.

It's all here,major on the curing section, read threads, re-read, read more threads, ask questions, read more threads, ask more questions, have a go, re-read threads, ask more questions, and I, from personal experience can guarantee that you will be able to achieve your goal :) Also, where are you located?
