1st batch made of pork sausage taste is great but they crumble when you cut them.any tips please.thanks used a seasoning mix which has rusk added and followed manafacturers recipe.

It's possible that you didn't mix long enough to get a good bind. Once you add every thing together, mix it until the mass is very sticky.

I agree with Dan, but if you post the recipe and method that you used here, someone'll check it out.
