I forgot the salt

If i didn't put salt in my soppressata will it age correctly or should i through it away? I thought i had the salt / instacure mix and it was only instacure.

Salt is the most important preservative and should be used at a minimum of 2.3%. If you are within a day, I would un case, mix with salt and re stuff. If it's been longer than that, I'd start over. Welcome to the forum. :D
