Shelf life of pastrami?

I made pastrami and salt beef using the sausagemaking.org curing products and recipe and wondered how long they would last in the fridge unsliced? I've used their bacon cure before with great results but have never tried the pastrami.

Hi, welcome.

In its cooked state I'd treat it like any other cured cooked meat such as ham.
