Hi everyone, today I've made my first try, bread stuffed with a sausage mixture.
First the bread, hand made, with beer and manitoba flour http://i.imgur.com/1t5nzkb.jpg.
Then the sausage 3,5kg total; 2kg of cured pork neck, 1kg of belly, 22g for kg of salt, 5g for kg of pepper and 1 cup and half of white wine http://i.imgur.com/TSGmIcJ.jpg.
The result was good, not perfect but quite good for a first time http://i.imgur.com/0l9pQVv.jpg.
All the people who had eat this were quite pleasured and that was satisfying.
Next time I'll try a recipe from this forum any recommendation?

That looks first rate. Our index of recipes can be found here:

Are you looking for recipes that would be good stuffed in bread or just good in general? Do you want it to be Italian?

Thanks, no if it's not italian I think it's better, I would like to know some more international recipes( the world is wide and every nation have good stuff).
Generally speaking it's better, i've brought a 5kg tre spade stuffer( vertical kind) for the casings only natural, eventually i'll use a synthetic one for some vegan sausage... some of my friends are... particulars

This is one of my favorites:

The Cumberland and Lincolnshire on this site were two others I made early on to learn sausage making.
