Im a beginner sausage making enthusiast and am having trouble finding casing in india ! Sausauges are not very popular here .
I had ordered dried sausage casing from china but they were awful and very difficult to use also the end product was not satisfactory , the sausage casing cracked and tore when heated .
I can anyone here help me with the process of making my own casing please . What ive gathered is that we need animal intestines (which i can get from my butcher ) need your help with the cleaning process and handling if any . Help would be much appreciated
