well, I'll jump right out there and ask the question for the millionth time.....can you or can you not use collagen for hand linked breakfast sausages ? Mine come unwrapped when I cut them apart.

I haven't tried collagen casings for breakfast sausages but for snack sticks they do fine after resting overnight in the fridge.

I've had no luck twisting collagen casings...........ever
Snack sticks I tie off in three foot lengths.
