Your site has inspired me to make sausages.

Pound coin for scale.

I went for broke with a new recipe of my own design.

Much to my surprise it worked (well they did split a bit on cooking, but held together :-))

Should I post the recipe here or in recipes?

Looks good. I just started last december as well and I find it really interesting. Here a batch I made about 1 month ago.
