I have just found a small video clip on the UKTVFood site showing an innovative way to tie rolled joints. I have not seen this method before.

rolled joints tying off

That seems a quick way of tying of a joint used to use a not like that in the fire service for hauling things aloft many moons ago!!! :roll: :roll: :roll:
