lost my way

Sorry people
I`ve seemed to have lost my way............again.
I haven`t kept notes, when I know I should have and consequently I am now getting a mix bag of results.
Could someone spare a little of their time and give me what they deem is the best ratio of fat, rusk and water to a kilo of lean pork.
As my reports used to state, "Robert must pay more attention in class."

Hi Rob,

To a kilo of lean pork I would add

250g Fat
125g Rusk
Same volume of water as Rusk

Yep, Fallow bucks advice is good, just adjust to your personal preferences and KEEP A NOTE..
