Postby Rob Couchman » Thu May 11, 2006 3:01 pm

Thanks to you all !
My sausages are now turning out with far better consistancy of taste and binding.
So much so that my poor 500w mincing/stuffer machine is taking a right `ammering. Soooooooooooooo could anyone recomend a tried and tested stuffer for the use of 1-3kg of chop. Ive seen the ones advertised on this site and I`d like to have your imput as to go for it or look elsewhere.

Look forward to replies
