Does anyone know the length of a hank of Ox runners that Franco sells?

If I remember correctly you get 4-5 lengths of about 150cm

Thanks FB,

I've got some coming to try out the argentino chorizo recipe.
Are they a tough skin when cooked?

LemonD,

No they are not at all tough. In fact I was quite surprise when I used them in the same recipie.

I filled one length and made about 8 sausages. I should have got 12-14 but the runners kept splitting on me so I had to keep cutting sections.
