Interesting....I had no idea such things came in from Canada, I live 100 miles south of the border as the crow flies and I haven't seen any of the products mentioned.

What I find odd is, they say that Canadian standards don't match up with US standards on the products in question....do any Mexican standards match up??? :shock:
I have absolutely no fear of Canadian products, but I wouldn't touch Mexican meat with a ten foot pole, and yes, I have seen beef in some markets with Mexico listed as a country of origin, usually mixed with another country or 2.
