Hi All

I am an ex UK meat inspector and life time butcher! now living in New Zealand

the trouble I am having is to find a 12kg sausage filler (like the Reber) second hand and to get some rusk like I could in the UK, I used Lucas rusk and seasoning.

anyone got any advise on where to start???

Thanks

Dougie

Hi Dougie,

The most obvious place is www.sausagemaking.org for the seasonings, rusk you can buy there also, or just make your own! Just search this forum for information. Can't help with the second hand sausage stuffer, but the vertical hobby stuffer from sausagemaking is pretty good value for money, probably less than the cost of a second hand Reber!
