Meat prices

In general there is no doubt we are all about to see a big jump in meat prices in the near future. Recent price drops are mostly due to sell off. Some futures are already in the rise.

I'm planning on doing more long aged cured products, trying to hedge as best I can. Might be something to think about if you have the space.

I think that you're right. What with feed prices and the China market opening up more, I can only see pork prices going up.
