Im in the process of doing a joint with this sites old english boil cure, but was wondering how do you keep it for any lenth of time, do you cook the meat first then freeze or not cook and freeze, or just not freeze at all and consume, i clearly would like to see if its turned out alright :lol: Gaz

Personally I cook it, slice, vac-pac and freeze but I'm sure a poll of members would find people who use all the methods you have listed.
