Hi all having a go at my first cheese :oops:
a couple of questions
At what temp should i mature the cheese for , and also how long . At the moment it is sat in a press at room temp its been in press for 24 hours

Depends on the type of cheese your making, the recipe should say. 4-6c I thing would be average.
