Silly question...maybe!

Hi Group,

Firstly sorry if this is a silly question....I have been advised not to eat or drink cows milk or its products, and as I love hard cheese, is it possible to make a hard Goats cheese? I've only seen soft goats cheese available to buy!

Thanks again

Besst Regards, :)

with goats milk you can make .....

BRICK CHEESE.
CHEDDAR CHEESE
COLBY CHEESE.
MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
PARMESAN CHEESE

for starters.............

You can also make several semi hard cheeses like Stilton and Cambozola.
etc etc.....in fact any cheese that is made with cows milk can be made with goats milk it varies very slightly in composition.
