Snack Stick Dehydration Question....

Postby JerBear » Sat Nov 09, 2013 4:16 pm

Last night I mixed and cased some snack stick and put them in the dehydrator at about 150 degrees F. After about 6 hrs they've lost about 25% of their weight... should I continue to dehydrate until I hit the full 30% weight loss?

I would. It's about the water activity, after all.
