Considering Buying the Table top smoker

Postby Oddley » Tue Oct 05, 2004 8:08 pm

I'm considering buying the table top smoker. I will have to first have a few questions answered

1: Can the smoker be used indoors
2: where can one obtain the hardwood sawdust
3: As it is small how effective is it

These questions are important to me because I live in central London in a flat without a balcony. producing homemade food is therefore that much more difficult.

I believe this should be no bar. Problems are made to be solved. Why should I eat poorer quality food than my country brothers.

I have used the smoker inside but near an open window, I wouldn't advise leaving the smoker lit whilst you are out of the house though! I sell woodchippings on the site.
