:D I`m a happy bunny,I tried a second batch of sausages and this time we have 95% success.I split 2 snorkers but I can live with that :wink:
This batch was 50/50 rabbit and belly pork split into savoury,caramelised onions,garlic and tarragon and sweet(ish),with sundried tomatoes.

Thanks for the replies to my earlier post.

Off now to make a pork and rabbit pie MMmmmmmm.
