How to tie large Salami for hanging?

Does anyone have a link or three to any sites that show how to tie a salami with twine? I don't have any netting, just some kitchen twine and I don't know how the technique works. Thanks!

I recommend buying this book anyway as it is full of useful information.

I do mine that way, but find that a double twist will create a knot that holds tight whilst you form the next:

Thank you. I actually have that book I purchased a couple of weeks ago, I just never got back to that section. Good tip about the double knots too, and thanks for taking the time to put up the photos.

Phil: What type of twine is that you are using, is it Nylon?

Yes, I think this one is - at least it's not a natural fibre (which I prefer). It's good and thick but is hard on your hands.
