First batch is complete (with pics)

I would like to thank everyone here for answering my questions, and also for answering others questions (did alot of reading at first).

These are pics of my first completed batch. The Chicken-Feta-Spinach ones were stuffed a bit too full (split when cooked). Once I get a stuffer I will be able to control the feed rate better. The Buffalo wing flavored chicken and bleu cheese ones were good but they have alot of moisture in them that cooks out (pan full of water). I am thinking of adding some rusk to them next time to absorb some of that.

Well, they look really well crafted, not like a first attempt at all. Well done.

Thank you. I believe it comes down to all of the studying I did on these forums. I read for months before actually attempting it.
