This is a cheesepress for larger cheeses than the one pound mark and I have made 10lbs cheddars with this one.

WOW Rik,VERY impressive! If I had a diagram to follow I would have my Father inlaw make me one! I bought a Dutch style Cheese press from an American fella off of ebay last week,I cant wait for it to arrive!
