Cheese Making Kit

Hi All

Newbie here - got directed from Over the Gate for some expert help from you guys and gals.

Hubbie has expressed an interest in cheesemaking so I've had the idea of getting him a cheesemaking kit for Christmas if there is such a kit. Preferably not too expensive just in case he gets bored with it. Also, can anyone recommend a worthwhile book for a beginner?

All replies gratefully received.

Thank you

MrsWoofWoof

This would be a good place to look:

I can't recommend you a book, but I can send you a pre-registered login for this site for him to use with a suitable Christmassy avatar and signature :) Which he can tailor for his own use later.

Just to be clear, I meant a Christmassy login here at sausagemaking, we are not affiliated with Ascotts in any way :)

PS this thread is probably best in cheese chat, but I'll leave it in here until you see this post before moving it.
