Hi All, new cheese maker here. Been lurking for a week, but just registered. Making a cottage cheese and a Colby this weekend. The Colby will be my first hard cheese, excited about starting on Saturday morning. Made a creme cheese last weekend that was scrumptious.
I have Rickie's book and reading everything that I can lay my hands on or find on the web. Really enjoy Blue Cheese's web site. Pix are great.
