Handy little book

Postby jenny_haddow » Tue Jul 21, 2015 6:00 pm

For those in the UK thinking about making cheese or do so already, Aldi are selling a useful little book at the moment called Made at Home, Cheese and Dairy by Dick and James Strawbridge. I often make cheese and have a few books on the subject, but I was impressed with the way this book tackles the subject and chucks in a few recipes for good measure. It's a good cheese making for the layman guide, and for the princely sum of £2.99 it won't break the bank.
